SANDY YARBROUGH

Sandy, OSI's Treasurer lives in Kailua, Oahu, with her husband and two children. She spent 10 years working at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories in California; her responsibilities included maintaining the Labs' state appropriations, contract and grant funds in excess of five million dollars. She was appointed and served 3 years as a blue ribbon committee member at San Jose State University, tasked with streamlining purchasing and accounting procedures. Sandy enjoys spending time with her family on the water, kayaking and sailing. She strongly believes that education is the key to preserving our natural resources.
